About Elite Exterior Cleaning
Two owners, commercial-grade equipment, and a route that runs from Porter out through Kingwood, New Caney and the rest of North Houston.
Who we are
A small company, on purpose.
Elite Exterior Cleaning is Rhett and Kyle. When you call, one of them answers. When the trailer pulls up, both of them get out. There is no dispatcher, no rotating crew and nobody on the job who does not have their name on the company.
That is not a limitation we are dressing up. It is the reason the work comes out the way it does. Somebody who has to drive past your house every week cleans it differently than somebody passing through on a route.
We run commercial-grade equipment because the job needs it, and we pick the chemical and the pressure for the surface in front of us because that is what keeps siding, roofs and stamped concrete intact. Most of the damage we get called to look at was done by somebody using one setting on everything.
Our owners
Two people own this company, and both of them are on the job.
That is the whole pitch, honestly. You are not getting a dispatcher and a rotating crew.

U.S. Marine Corps Veteran
Rhett served four years in the Marine Corps, and he runs a job site the way you would expect somebody with that background to run one.
His side of the business is the technical side: which chemical, at what dilution, at what pressure, for what surface. That sounds like a small thing until you have seen what the wrong answer does to a roof, a painted door or a strip of soft pine.
Away from the trailer he is in school to become a licensed chemical dependency counselor and works at a rehabilitation center, which is about what you would guess from ten minutes around him.
He and his wife have eight kids.

Years in the Field
Kyle is the one most customers end up talking to, and that is by design. He has spent years in this trade and he genuinely likes the part of it that involves people.
He is the reason a review on this site says he cleaned five neighbors’ driveways on the same street: somebody walked outside, asked what he was doing, and he took the time to answer.
If something about your property is not what you expected when we pull away, Kyle is the one who wants to hear about it.
He is a family man too, and he works like somebody who has people counting on him.

Commercial-Grade Equipment
Not a consumer machine out of a truck bed. A trailer rig with the water capacity, the pressure and the surface cleaners the job needs, which is the difference between clean concrete and striped concrete.

The Right Chemical for the Surface
Siding, brick, stucco, wood, composite, shingle and concrete each want something different. Rhett handles that side of it, and it is the part most of the trade skips.

Rhett and Kyle are the ones who show up. You are talking to the people who own the company and who have to drive past the work afterward.

You get the number and what we are recommending before anything starts. If something is not going to come out, we say so at the estimate.
