Privacy Policy

01. What this site collects

Two things. The free estimate form collects what you type into it — your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you are asking about and anything you write in the message box. And the website platform records basic visit statistics: pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device it was on.

There is no account to create, no newsletter signup, and nothing on this site asks for a payment method.

02. What we use it for

Your form submission is used to get back to you about the estimate you asked for, to schedule the work if you book it, and to reach you about that job. That is the whole list.

The visit statistics are used to see which pages are actually useful and which are not.

03. What we do not do with it

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a marketing list. We do not send you unrelated promotions.

The only parties who touch it are the service providers that keep the site and our email running, and they are only handling it in order to deliver those services.

04. Cookies and tracking

This site runs the website platform’s own built-in visit statistics. It does not carry an advertising pixel and it is not wired to a retargeting network.

05. How long we keep it

Estimate requests are kept as long as they are useful for servicing the customer relationship and for our own records. If you want yours deleted, email EliteExteriorCleaninghtx@gmail.com and ask.

06. Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email EliteExteriorCleaninghtx@gmail.com. You can also just stop using the form — calling or texting works.

07. Children

This site is for property owners and managers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

08. Links off this site

A few links point somewhere else, such as our reviews. Once you follow one you are on somebody else’s site under their policy, not this one.

09. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
