How we do it
The method matters more than the machine.
Concrete gets a surface cleaner — a spinning bar under a hood that keeps the spray a set distance off the slab and moves at an even rate. That is what produces one consistent color instead of the zebra striping you get from waving a wand around.
Before that goes down we pre-treat, which softens the organic growth and the road film so the pass actually lifts it rather than polishing over it. Oil and rust get spot treatment.
Concrete is porous, so some staining is in the slab rather than on it. We will tell you which one you have at the estimate instead of after.

Why is my neighbor’s driveway striped?
Somebody cleaned it with a wand instead of a surface cleaner. The overlap between passes leaves lighter and darker bands, and the only fix is doing the whole slab again properly.
Can you get oil stains out?
Usually we can lighten them a lot, sometimes completely. It depends on how long the oil sat and how porous that concrete is. Fresh spots come out far better than years-old ones.
Do you seal concrete?
We clean it. Sealing is a separate trade and we would rather point you to somebody who does it all day than do it occasionally.
What does exterior cleaning cost?
It depends on the surface, the size and how much buildup is on it — a single-story driveway and a two-story house with thirty feet of shaded brick are not the same job. That is what the free estimate is for. You get a number before anything starts, and there is no charge for asking.
