How we do it
The method matters more than the machine.
Most flatwork is the same job as a driveway at a different scale, with two exceptions. Stamped and stained concrete has a coating on it that high pressure will take right off, and pavers have joint sand that blows out if you hit them wrong.
Both get handled at lower pressure with more chemical and more patience. It takes longer. It also does not leave you re-sanding your patio in October.
Pool decks get extra attention around the coping and the edge, which is where the algae line usually sits.

Can you clean stamped concrete without ruining the color?
Yes, at reduced pressure with a cleaning solution doing the work. A surface cleaner at full pressure will strip the sealer and pull the color out, which is exactly what we avoid.
What about pavers?
Pavers clean up well. The joint sand takes a beating at high pressure, so we keep the pressure down and tell you if the joints need re-sanding afterward.
Will the green come back on my patio?
On a shaded patio in this climate, eventually. A yearly clean stays well ahead of it.
What does exterior cleaning cost?
It depends on the surface, the size and how much buildup is on it — a single-story driveway and a two-story house with thirty feet of shaded brick are not the same job. That is what the free estimate is for. You get a number before anything starts, and there is no charge for asking.
