How we do it
The method matters more than the machine.
House washing is soft washing. The pressure is turned down to about what a garden hose puts out, and a cleaning solution does the actual work — it kills the organic growth instead of scraping it off. That is the only way to clean siding, brick and stucco without driving water behind them or etching the surface.
You can always tell where somebody used a pressure washer on siding. There are clean stripes with dirty lines between them, and sometimes the vinyl is chalked where the tip sat too long. That damage does not wash back off.
We rinse plants before and after, work the surface top down, and keep the solution off anything that should not have it.

Will soft washing damage my plants?
Not the way we do it. Landscaping gets wet down before we start and rinsed again after, which dilutes anything that reaches it.
How often should a house be washed here?
Most North Houston homes look right on a yearly wash. Shaded, north-facing and heavily treed lots often want it sooner, because that is where the growth comes back first.
Do you wash windows too?
The exterior glass gets rinsed as part of the wash. We are not a window cleaning company, so if you want the insides done or the glass detailed, that is somebody else.
What does exterior cleaning cost?
It depends on the surface, the size and how much buildup is on it — a single-story driveway and a two-story house with thirty feet of shaded brick are not the same job. That is what the free estimate is for. You get a number before anything starts, and there is no charge for asking.
